Light Therapy is an Imperial Stout with toasted cacao nibs, toasted sesames, and coconut. We brewed in collaboration with our friends from Dugges Bryggeri in Gothenburg, Sweden. We toasted the cacao nibs and sesames in house, and crushed it with coconut.
