Manic Coconut Redundancy (Member Bottle)

How much coconut can you get in one mead? We aimed to find out. Starting with Coconut Blossom honey, this mead was then aged on gobs of organic toasted coconut. We left this mead unfiltered and uncleared to retain as much coconut as possible, so there will be settling in the bottle over time, and a fat layer from the toasted coconut may form on top of the liquid. Just shake it all back up and in before opening. Pro Tip: Try it over ice with a splash of your favorite rum.
