Clouds of steam collected against the ceiling, spilling out the doors into the wooded air. Toil, laughter, heartbreak and joy encircled the small kettles: all the human things that dance around a dream. When its practitioners were pulled towards sleep the vessels stirred and bubbled, eating their fill of the days work. At once glacial in its pace and somehow faster than light, the idea outgrew its clothes like a hand-me-down sweater. Glass turned into steel and the steel grew new legs, almost as if the people were shrinking amongst its towering weight. Plans were made, floors were cut and suddenly as if it was always waiting behind an unmarked door, our home changed its shape and sound into a new name, Monson.

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
