Tree Of Fire is our smoked barleywine brewed utilizing a distinct hickory-smoked malt from our friends at Blue Ox in Maine, and blended with select bourbon barrel-aged barleywine barrels aged 12-24 months. The singular hickory smoke takes us on a sensory journey as rich caramel and toasty malt notes intertwine, leading to flavors reminiscent of brown sugar and chewy molasses cookies with a hint of vanilla-soaked bourbon on the finish.
