(Double India Pale Ale, 7.8%, 16oz) Each and every year, we as brewers travel around the globe in search of the finest hops on our planet. Whether it be in Australia, New Zealand, or the USA, each specific hop displays its own unique terroir, both in flavor and aroma. From Fields to Glass brings together an experience like no other. Selected from nine farms around the world we’ve come to love, we present to you a beautiful blend of Cascade, Citra, and Nelson. We’ve built some amazing relationships with these farms over the years: this unique blend is truly special. From Fields to Glass is a Double IPA pouring a glowing yellow color with a fluffy white foam head. This beer is an orchestra of hops singing! We found notes of intense mango, grapefruit, honeydew melon, passionfruit and peach candies both in the flavor and aroma. This hoppy delight is a trip around the world in your glass. Cheers to the farmers who helped make this happen! Oh what a treat!
(Double India Pale Ale, 8.3%, 16oz) Steady Glow is a Double IPA brewed with a unique hop combination of Citra, Pink, Nectaron, and Pacific Sunrise. Pouring a beautiful yellow orange haze into the glass, expect notes of cantaloupe, red berries, grapefruit, and stone fruit. Enjoy with those who mean the most to you.
(Double India Pale Ale, 8.0%, 16oz) Whispers of a Ghost is a heartfelt tribute to the souls of artisans whose work speaks long after they’re gone. It’s a beer that reminds us that true craft endures and is shaped by hands with passion and purpose in every detail&mdashwhose quiet contributions live on in the work they created and the lives they touched. Pouring an inviting, opaque yellow, this beer overflows with electrifying tropical fruit flavors that feel vibrant and alive. Each sip tells a story of care and real intention, with a soft and velvety finish becoming of such efforts. Whispers of a Ghost asks us to pause and reflect&mdashnot just on the beer in the glass but on the legacies surrounding us. It’s a chance to honor the unseen hands that built a vibrant world that enriches us, to draw inspiration from their humble dedication, and to carry their spirit in our own pursuits. Enjoy.
(Double India Pale Ale, 7.5%, 16oz) This IPA is named after the ancient bonsai style formally known as Fukinagashi, a Japanese word that translates to Windswept. In this approach, the tree’s trunk and branches are manipulated over time so that it appears subjected to prevailing wind, constantly blown in one direction in a harsh environment. Sometimes the style can be portrayed as defying the dominant wind, with the branches swirling around the tree. Coincidentally, the Tree House tree unintentionally depicts this design. It is quite fitting, as we pour our energy into this challenging, ever changing industry every week. The motivation to constantly evolve and grow is inspired by your support. Many thanks for providing us with an outlet for our creative and curious nature. Windswept pours a hazy pale yellow and features notes of melon, dank white grape, tropical fruit and lemon lime, and is exceptionally soft. The wind is strong, but our roots remain established. Enjoy!
(Double IPA, 7.8%, 16oz) Can something remain the same, even as it changes? If you have a ship on an endless voyage, it inevitably needs repair. Over the years, you replace the cracking mast, the planks in the hull, the sails, the rudder, and eventually, every piece besides the winds that move her. Is it the same ship? Many, material-minded, say no and overlook much more crucial questions. When the new timber is laid, did it first fit between the old and swell against their shape? Who are the people mending the vessel year after year through storms and still waters? Who is the captain? Who are the sailors? Even more important, what does the ship do? What routes does it traverse through this change? For us, this ship represents our craft: making beer. Its purpose? To become better with every voyage, ever curious, constantly evolving.
