Barrel Aged Life After Death Star - Last year we filled a Willett bourbon barrel with our LADS base and gave it the LADS adjunct schedule of shredded raw coconut, marshmallow, Madagascar vanilla, Mostra Ghost Bear espresso blend coffee, and a touch of lactose.

Barrel Aged Hygge Time - We introduce Barrel Aged Hygge Time, a collaboration with @eviltwinbrewingnyc. Following 32 months in two Handy barrels, we blended both imperial stouts together and added macadamia nuts, honey, and marshmallow to this already viscous imperial stout.

ORVW Barrel Aged General Relativity with Vanilla and Coconut - 22 months ago, following its overnight boil, we took our triple mash imperial stout, and filled an Old Rip Van Winkle barrel. In the last few months prior to its release, we added whole bean Vanuatu vanilla to the barrel and then conditioned the liquid on biodynamic Emperor’s coconut.

Barrel Aged Swiss Bliss - Barrel Aged Swiss Bliss is back! Last year, we took our Swiss Bliss base and let it sit in a Willet barrel for 14 months. Following its transformation, we conditioned it on Swiss Chocolate Almond Coffee, Almonds, and Marshmallow.

Barrel Aged Swiss Bliss Grand Royale - After its 40 months in Heaven Hill barrels, we added Swiss chocolate almond coffee, marshmallow, roasted Marcona almonds from Spain, chocolate-covered coconut chips, peanuts, and Hawaiian macadamia nuts to create a beer truly fit for royalty.
