Description
Monochrome Project Nova
We selected a mix of chocolate and dark malts, then aged it for 18 months in Family Estate Willet rye bourbon barrels. After aging, we blended in three types of coconut and finished it with Madagascar vanilla, creating decadent, layered flavors.
