An exercise of the experiential and a whirlwind of complexity and caramel concentration. Aged for three years, unhurried, inside the legacy of Van Winkle barrels, savor and melt into creme brûlée, english toffee, mackinaw fudge, sweet cigar box, grape gusher and caramel hard candies.

A Three Year Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine rested in Old Rip Van Winkle Barrels. It's not only bonkers delicious, it may be the largest beer we've ever released in the history of Hop Butcher. Retail store-only release. Very limited quantities will be available. 16% ABV (12oz can).
