Deth by Bramble: A medley of blackberry, boysenberry, and marionberry adorn a unique blend of our Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout, Deth's Tar, in this omniseasonal crowd pleaser. A bouquet of fresh, ripe fruit and bourbon give way to restrained malty sweetness punctuated by barrel and supple acidity. 14.8%

Coconut Deth 2024: A diabolical dose of toasted coconut accentuates the naturally-occuring wellspring of American oak flavors found in Deth’s Tar Barrel-aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout. Roasty dark chocolate, graham, and vanilla notes round out this off-sweet sipper

V.S.O.J. 2024: A celebration of malt, oak, and patience, Very Special Old Jacket is a cuvée of English Barleywines aged between two and four years in our favorite bourbon barrels embellished with single-origin French oaks. Lusciously sweet and colossally complex, V.S.O.J. is equal parts refinement and excess.

Double Barrel V.S.O.R.: Blended from the oldest, most prized barrels of Ryewine in our cellars – then finished in French-oak-augmented American whiskey barrels– this well-oaked machine is a tower of texture with ribbons of spicy rye malt interwound with cherry, vanilla, caramel, and maple accents.

Straight Jacket 2024: The soul of Barleywine channeled through vivifying bourbon barrels and blended with an alchemist's touch. Summon notes of caramel, stone fruit, brown sugar, and vanilla with each generous swirl.

Ryeway To Heaven 2024: Singular in heft and layered with symphonic grace. Lofty notes of maple, brown sugar, and candied pecan suggest sweetness before a dry, rye-forward terminus.

Lumberstruck 2025: Unique and highly expressive barrels age a beer developed just for them, in this never-to-be-repeated articulation of beer, time, and oak. Sweet, spicy Brazilian Amburana barrels give their essence to this sumptuous, sweet Black English Barleywine.

Oakpocalypse Later: This continent-spanning collaboration was aged in WhistlePig Estate Rye whiskey barrels with added single-origin French oaks for twelve months, and finished Sur Lie for an additional six in freshly dumped French oak red wine barrels from Herman Story Wines. A vortex of vinous, lumber-derived cherry, vanilla, smoke, and disturbed earth emanate from a swirled glass in this, our most wood-focused beer to-date. "How come all you guys sit on your helmets?"
