Triple oaked Barleywine aged for 10 months in Woodford Reserve double oaked barrels, 7 months in Amalga Distilling Whiskey Barrels, and 7 months in Elijah Craig barrels
A blend of two double barrel-aged stouts. First aged for 12 months in a Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrel, then transferred to 9yr Willett Family Estate barrels for an additional 18 months. The beer was conditioned on four different types of vanilla - Indonesian, Madagascar, Tahitian, and Mexican. We added 2lbs directly to barrels for 3 months before conditioning it on an additional 4lbs in the brite.
A Deal With the Devil - Quadruple Oaked (Batch 5 - 2024) - Aged 30 months in a mix of Willet Rye, Bookers, Heaven Hill 15 Year Malt Whiskey, and Hemingway Rye Whiskey Barrels. Transferred to fresh barrels 4 times throughout the aging process.
