Other Half collab w/ Mostra Coffee Roasters Philippine Sitio Belis & Coconut with out pals jwakefieldbrewing, and with mostracoffee to choose a coffee for this stout, we landed on Sitio Bells that has a creamy, smooth body and notes of milk chocolate, honeysuckle, cinnamon and Meyer lemon. Complex and powerful enough to play nicely with the macaroon cut coconut we use, also from the Philippines.
