This Imperial Stout started its journey in a pear brandy barrel for 6 months. Then, it was transferred to an Elijah Craig barrel where it rested for an additional 18 months. We finished the beer on almond cookies to meld flavors of Funfetti, cookie dough, and almonds with pear soaked oak. 6th Year Anniversary Release (Limits 1 Per Person, 100 bottles)
