The Weller brand is one of the most universally loved collections in all of bourbon, with Weller 12 Year being one of the hardest to get and most sought after. Our Original Bourbon County Stout is aged in 4-5 year old barrels for one year, so the added age of these Weller barrels, paired with an extra year of the beer in the barrel, adds stronger barrel flavors and notes of dried dark fruit.

Bourbon County Reserve 150 Stout - Aged for one year in Old Forester’s 150th Anniversary Bourbon Barrels. These hand-picked, limited-edition barrels&mdashcombined with our Imperial Stout&mdashcreate a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration bourbon and beer fans alike will appreciate and cherish. Expect barrel-forward flavor with notes of chocolate, vanilla, and coconut, followed with molasses, almond, berry, and oak.

Knob Creek 2-Year Reserve Bourbon County Stout - Aged 24 months in 11-year-old 25th Anniversary Knob Creek barrels. The barrels of this once in a lifetime bourbon delivered an oak-forward intensity accented with subtle hazelnut and chocolate notes that complimented the flavors inherent in Original Bourbon County Stout. 2-Year Reserve is incredibly special, and we’re excited to share this variant with you all.
