1x Equilibrium / Bottle Logic Barrel Aged Elemental Gorilla with Coconut (15%) Our collaboration with Bottle Logic Brewing. It was aged for 18 months in Willet Barrels before being conditioned on Madagascar vanilla and toasted Coconut. Elemental Gorilla with Coconut pours a velvety pitch black with a deep tan head releasing an onslaught of coconut fudge lava cake soaked in top shelf bourbon. This beer is Thiccccccc enough to chew. You might even be tempted to blow a bubble. Don’t. Please enjoy this beer at or above 60° or closer to room temperature to take advantage of each and every characteristic this beer has to offer.

1x Equilibrium / Bottle Logic Elemental Gorilla with Vanuatu Vanilla (15%)Brewers Notes: Elemental Gorilla focuses on the basic Elements of a massive Imperial Stout: Barrel and focused adjuncts. The same giant base of Binary Elements was allowed to sit uninterrupted in Willet barrels for 18 months with the addition of Vanuatu vanilla beans. Grown on the southernmost island of the Vanuatu archipelago in the South Pacific, these wonderful and extremely rare vanilla planifolia beans give unique and strong notes of cookie dough and cocoa.

Elemental Gorilla with Vanilla pours pitch black with a deep tan head. Aromas and flavors of extreme chocolate chip cookie dough, bakers chocolate, and the most luxurious gooey vanilla fudge lead into a balanced barrel character of vanilla oak, light char, and complexity from the barrel in a chewy and sticky finish.
