Oak Aged Missouri Wheat Saison
Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and our local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in oak for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Wine Barrel Fermented Missouri Saison
Saison du Fermier is the harmony of new and old. It is robust and has the paler color of modern Saisons, yet it is balanced with the brightness, depth and rustic character of the wild Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus found on our family’s Missouri farm. This farmhouse ale was fermented in and aged in wine barrels for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Missouri Wheat Saison aged with Missouri Grapes
Loam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Vidal Blanc Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.
