Missouri Saison fermented using a blend of our local microflora and a traditional Saison yeast. Northwestern Meadowfoam Honey with its notes of vanilla cupcakes, was added to this soft beer for refermentation in a Missouri Oak Foedre and was aged for four months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
We also just found out today that La Ruche has been selected as one of Wine Enthusiast's Top Beers for 2021!
