One 375 ml Bottle of HF Dorothy -- Dated Dec 2020 (This is the bottling date -- this beer ages very well in bottle for years to come)

To honor Dorothy, Edward’s sister, we have aged her namesake dry-hopped Farmstead® Pale Ale in wine barrels for more than 10 months, then divided the batch, so that each might be adorned with distinctly different hops. These compositions are intended to highlight the characteristics of hops grown in two different hemispheres. The Northern Hemisphere variant showcases Citra, Amarillo, and HBC 586.
