“Strigidae Slumber”is an Imperial Stout Aged in Knob Creek 18 Year Bourbon barrels for 18 months. It is a collaboration with Troon Brewing out of Hopewell, New Jersey. This is the non-adjunct version of crowd favorite Callamellus Acadicus which released last year, but spent an extra four months in Bourbon barrels.
