Russian River's 2022 Cellar Society Exclusive Set (6-bottles)

Description

This 6-bottle set is exclusive to Russian River's 2022 Cellar Society Members only. Limited to just 350 members! Set includes 1-bottle of each:

1. Cuvee – Blend 9 is a complex blend using seven different barrel-aged beers. IT was bottle conditioned using only our standard bottle conditioning yeast. ABV 6.90%
2. Cuvee – Blend 10 is the same seven barrel-aged beer blend as Cuvee 9. However, for the bottle conditioning with this beer we not only used our standard bottle conditioning yeast, but also some Brettanoymces yeast as well. ABV 6.90%
3. Cuvee – Blend 11 is a blend of RnD barrel-aged Dunkel Weisse Edna small amount of Sonambic for complexity. Two strains were used for bottle conditioning with one being Brettanomyces. ABV 6.30%
4. Small Batch Blackberry Beer (2021) Orphan Beer was blended with blackberries which were then aged together for 8 months in barrels before being packaged. ABV 6.20%
5. Small Batch Chardonnay Lees Beer (2021) The base beer was brewed in our RnD brewery, then fermented with local, native Chardonnay lees from Flowers Winery. It was then barrel aged in Flowers Chardonnay barrels, blended with some Sonambic and finally bottle conditioned with Rock Pile yeast. ABV 5.98%
6. Small Batch Grape Pomace Beer (2021)Using Temptation, Orphan Beer and Sonambic, we added freshly pressed Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Petite Syrah grape pomace to this beer. ABV 10.15%

FF preferred but not required. 10% discount applies for FF
