Description
As it exited the Knob Creek 18 year barrel after 14 months, we took about a third of the batch and aged it on Tahitian Vanilla from Jones&Co. This variant adds a touch of perceived sweetness and rounds out the overall flavor profile. Melding together the oak tannin and tartness from the Pacific Northwest grown Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry and Black Currant.
