Grand Cru X

A 10 year culmination of passion, patience, and hard work. A blend of stouts aged in various woods for various times, each hand selected to contribute something special towards the end result. Round after round of tasting through our wood cellar inventory trying to pinpoint exactly what we sought the blend out to be.

Turns out, we didn't find what we were looking for.

Quite the opposite, what we were looking for found us.

Grand Cru X is a blend of stouts aged in maple syrup barrels, apple brandy barrels, double oak barrels, cognac barrels, and bourbon barrels.

Aromas rich with tobacco, honey, molasses, and oak. Flavors wash with maple waves, rich warm oak, baking spice, and bakers chocolate.

We teamed up with our esteemed colleagues @omnipollo @mortalisbrewing @bottlelogicbrewing and @weldwerksbrewing for an absolute coco-nuts blow out of an imperial stout to celebrate our 10 Year Anniversary.

Each brewery kicking in their share of coconut knowledge, paired with our 10 years of coco-knowledge to produce this absolute gem. This beer is down with thiccccness!

10 Year Anniversary Stout is an imperial stout brimming with over 1 pound per gallon of raw coconut, desiccated coconut, hand toasted coconut, charred coconut, toasted sweetened coconut and lactose.
