Description

(American IPA, 7.4%, 16oz) There were only two stipulations&mdashsingle IPA, and no Citra. In preparation for this hop bomb, we started with a fortified grist, creating mellow notes of honeycomb and caramel. With Citra out of the mix, we jam-packed this beer with a slew of unsung heroes, all selected by hand. The aromas were so striking we gave the hops an encore, altered our cellar procedure, and dry hopped it twice. No Citra, No Problem pours a vibrant orange, with lip-smacking notes of sticky mango, dank papaya, and citrus peel. As the beer opens up, the amplified hop charge evolves into bright melon aromas, peach, and a hint of bubblegum.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
