DAILY SERVING: APPLE CIDER
Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
Our home state of Massachusetts offers a plethora of local orchards and, with Autumn celebrations in full swing, we spiced up our favorite seasonal side dish. Daily Serving: Spiced Apple Cider, with fresh-pressed New England apple cider accented by Vietnamese cinnamon, nutmeg, and orange peel, makes it a perfect addition to every holiday table.
Pouring a warm amber color, prevalent aromas of red apple & cinnamon stick are complemented by subtle, nuanced notes of sweet pie crust, baking spices, and a kiss of citrus. Daily Serving: Spiced Apple Cider finishes well-balanced, with a touch of residual sweetness and soft acidity.
