(American Amber Lager, 5.4%, 16oz) Old Hat is our American Amber Lager. Brewed with a complex assortment of malts to impart a rich base and hopped gently with Cascade hops, it is a modern and bright expression of this widely admired style.

Following primary fermentation with our American lager yeast, we allow Old Hat to condition for almost eight weeks in horizontal stainless to brilliant clarity.

Pouring a deep amber color in the glass, it carries caramel-like malt notes with hints of honey and biscuit offset by a gentle citrusy hop character. It's a marvelous little beer that brings us great joy to make.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
