Looking for scars, indentations, novel replacements and adjustments, the clock smith can trace the work of those that came before them, and glimpse a facet of their minds before resurrecting the mechanical heart.

Pamiątka is brewed with premium European Pilsner malt, pouring a straw yellow that billows with sticky white foam, sitting atop the glass like a summer cumulus cloud. Utilizing authentic Polish Lubelski and Izabella Hops, aromas of bergamot zest and a floral bouquet enticing enough for a honey bee drifts o a vigorous pour. Following this classic profile is a strikingly clean minerality, balanced bitterness and lingering notes of lemon verbena and cracked bread.
