To illustrate the difference between region and growing conditions, we have begun the Many Ways series, which seeks to brew single-hop beers with hops sourced from specific growing regions and farms.

This rendition contains Nelson Sauvin grown on Nelson Lakes Farm, the latest endeavor of our friends Freestyle Hops. Glaciers once carved through this wild landscape leaving behind deep craters of freshwater and fertile grounds. On the edge of the Nelson Lakes National Park, situated between the teeth of these green mountains, a new exploration of New Zealand’s terroir has begun. This beer explodes with unique notes of sweet lychee, bright tropical citrus and lip-smacking passionfruit! Enjoy!
