(American DIPA 7.6%, 16oz) Milky Green is a rendition of our iconic IPA brewed to carry an even greater hop saturation and opacity than the original. It encompasses the sum of all the knowledge we have gained experimenting with new malt, yeast, and processes over the last two years.

You may wonder what separates this beer from the original Green&mdashwell, just about everything. We utilize a softer water profile, torrified grains, a different yeast blend, and a hop charge 35% larger than the original.

Pouring a milky yellow color into your glass, it leads with juicy pineapple, citrus, and passion fruit notes and finishes with a firm, short-lasting bitterness. It’s a stunner. We hope this innovative take on a classic hits the right notes for you. Enjoy!
