Today, that energy continues with a fresh round of Curiosity, number 143, featuring a new-to-us yeast interacting with Simcoe, Peacharine, and Amarillo hops.

143 pours a milky yellow color into the glass and carries notes of familiar creamy tropical cocktails like piña colada and Brazilian Batida. Surprisingly, the beer finishes dry despite the original sweet punch, which keeps the next sip on your mind.

Double IPA 7.6% ABV

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
