Year of the Snake is a one-off Tree House Double IPA featuring a base of Citra and Simcoe with a dash of Nelson Sauvin hops. On top of this joyous blend is a hefty addition of Zuma hops from our friends at Segal Ranch! Pouring a glowing orange color into your glass, a wallop of hoppy notes rushes toward your senses. To start, our base of Citra and Simcoe provide aromas of candied grapefruit peel and sticky pine sap. Flickering between this classic American duo, Nelson hops bring forth notes of white grape and passionfruit candy. Joining in on the New Year celebration we added a charge of Zuma hops that explode with notes of lemon peel and lime popsicles. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
