This rendition of Trail, however, returns to the source, the birthplace of the American hop industry: New York.

Long before the most prominent varieties became synonymous with the west coast, they took root in the east. Trail NY Cascade exhibits qualities unique to its original terroir, and we couldn’t find it more exciting. Pouring a brilliant yellow, notes of grapefruit hover over the glass, while aromas of juicy blackberry, black currant, and plump raspberry notes take center stage. Enjoy!
