“Triple Grasp” is a 14.2% ABV Triple Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with adjuncts. It is an Imperial Stout Aged in Balcones Whiskey Barrels for 20 Months, then Aged in Stranahan’s Whiskey Barrels for 12 Months, the Aged in Rieger’s Whiskey Barrels for 10 Months with Coconut Candy, Panama Geisha Coffee, Hazelnuts, and Costa Rica Tsy Taitra Vanilla Beans Added. This is the last installment in the Distraction’s Grasp series, a half decade long collab project with American Solera in Oklahoma and this is easily my favorite overall from either of us.
