Crisp Lager // Single Farm Origin Citra Hops from Canyon County Idaho
One can of Tree House Green -- Oct 1st 2024 Can Date
Tucked away in the western side of Canyon County, Idaho, is the small farming community of Wilder, where first-generation Jackson Hop Farm grows top-quality hops over its vast acreage. The farm’s unique geography yields a singular character to its hop varietals like Citra, which, in turn, transforms into the refreshingly delicious beer in your glass. For the beer in this can, we traveled to Jackson Hops specifically to bring you a Idaho-grown wet hop beer. Trail Fresh Hop Citra was wet-hopped with bucket loads of fresh Citra we helped pick and select in the field. From there, we packed them into our refrigerated hop trailer, flushed with nitrogen, and drove straight to Tree House before adding them directly to this beer.
