One 750 ml Bottle of Tree of Rejuvenation by Tree House -- Fall 2024

(Barrel-Aged Barley Wine, 12.4%, 750ml) Tree of Rejuvination is a pure barrel-aged barleywine that rested in second-use blackberry brandy barrels for over a year. These barrels previously held Barrel Berry, a pioneering barrel-aged cold brew from Tree House Roastery. Upon tasting the beer, we decided to elevate the fruit-forward coffee notes already present by carefully infusing it with a gentle dose of a naturally processed El Salvadoran coffee concentrate, both roasted and extracted in-House.

Pouring a dark ruby brown in the glass, it greets your palate with waves of blackberry jam, chewy caramel, and undertones of black cherry and chocolatey coffee; all layered over a luxuriously rich mouthfeel.

The combined efforts of our coffee and specialty beer programs have allowed us to create new and interesting flavor experiences within our beverage program. We hope you enjoy this unique offering, which genuinely highlights what is possible when we embrace the spirit of collaboration.
