"We know a thing or two about stout brewed with maple and coffee. For this decadent, delicious, breakfast-inspired treat, we crafted a based beer with maple syrup and aged in bourbon barrels that previously held maple syrup. The result is a sweet, authentic, velvety layer of maple that permeates the complex drinking experience.

To punctuate the flavor profile, we add our favorite little taste of the morning with a chocolate-forward coffee that brings it all home."

Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional&mdasha testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Moment of Truth Coffee. This variation was brewed with literal buckets of maple syrup and then conditioned on some of our favorite roasts. Moment of Truth Coffee is reminiscent of after-dinner coffee sugared with dark maple syrup–perfect to fuel conversation deep into the night.
