(Barrel-aged Imperial Stout, 13.5%, 750ml, Limit 4 Per Person) Truth is the ultimate expression of Tree House Barrel-aged stout. Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional&mdasha testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. To elevate this character to new heights, we’ve crafted a limited run of Double Barrel Truth. This variation was aged in bourbon barrels for one year, and then re-racked into a second, freshly emptied selection. This secondary aging brings forth robust aromas of toffee ice cream and woody spice. It’s a decadent embrace of everything we love about Truth&mdashonly with unmatched complexity from its journey from barrel to barrel!
