Our wet hop project in 2024 was a vast undertaking that saw us travel not only to the Pacific Northwest but to far-flung hop fields in lesser-known locales. Collage is a blend of every wet hop beer we made. It presents an incredible cornucopia of hop flavor with notes of intense watermelon, orange citrus, honeydew melon, and pineapple.
