Masterfully blended from our best barrels aged between eighteen and twenty-six months old, it carries notes of chocolate candy, sweet vanilla-like oak, tootsie rolls, and baker’s chocolate. It’s elegant, balanced, and intentional—a testament to the artistry and patience poured into each barrel. We played with the flavor profile a lot here to bring you a sturdy level of heat that won't bring you to your knees, but it will sure let you know that it's there.
