Oude du ble 10 Year Anniversary
Oude du Blé is a Chardonnay barrel-fermented and aged expression of Saison du Blé, our Missouri Wheat Saison. Our mixed fermentation of local microflora and a classic yeast strain with extended aging in French Oak produced an exceptional Saison with deep layers of complexity and soft, rounded oak nuances. This farmhouse ale was aged for 13 months before its release and being shared with you.

Missouri Honey Saison aged with Apricots
Coeur de Cuvée is a series of blends of some of our finest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. This fifth release contains select barrels of Oude La Ruche brewed in February 2018, each of which was barrel-fermented and aged for more than a year with a delicate amount of Apricots before blending and being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Edith (1897-1992) was our grandfather’s sister, and Hill Farmstead Brewery rests upon the land that was once home to her and her 13 siblings. In her honor, this dark Farmstead® ale is crafted from American malted barley, German roasted malts, European hops, our farmhouse yeast, and water from our well. For this special selection of Edith, we conditioned the beer atop Alaka coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Hill Farmstead Six 6 Years
Brewed September 2010, this burgundian ale was aged for 50 months in oak wine barrels. Bottled in November 2014, this beer has been nearly 6 years in the making. Six years! How quickly the landscape of the brewery, and beer has changed from a single building and with just myself and a vision to its present state. All the while, the beer we refer to as Six Years, was evolving - released to you as a symbol of our temporal existence.
