Oude Fermier from Pinot Noir Puncheons
Loem Norton
Loam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Norton Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.
Lattice b1
Farmhouse Pale Ale fermented in french oak Pinot Noir puncheons and then dry hopped before bottle conditioning.
Fuzzy b2 2016
Fuzzy is our Missouri Wild Ale that was fermented and aged in our 70hL French Oak Foedre for 2 years before being racked on to White Peaches from southeast Missouri and aged an additional 7 months as the beer refermented to dryness before being naturally conditioned in the bottle. [Released 05/07/16]
Merci b3
14% - Saison du Fermier that was fermented in French Oak with our Saison/local microflora mixed culture and then racked to and aged in a light toast American Oak Foedre for 6 months.
du Ble b4
Saison du Blé is the harmony of a fluffy Wheat Saison and a traditional, rustic Saison with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and our house Saison yeast adds complexity and acidity. This farmhouse ale was aged in Chardonnay barrels and a Missouri Oak Foedre for several months.
Le Saisonnier b4
Oak aged Missouri Farmhouse Ale
Provence Darjeeling Vanilla
Provence will be a series of Table Beers that are inspired by the Saisons of Belgium and France. Each beer in this series will feature an addition such as a hop, a fruit or a tea. Provence Darjeeling Vanilla is our sixth release and was blended with our friends at Big Heart Tea Co. showcasing their Darjeeling Tea and finished with a soft touch of Vanilla Beans.
Biere du Pays b11
Bière du Pays is inspired by the classic Saisons from the country. An airy and fluffy malt bill is fermented with wild Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend. This refreshing and delicate farmhouse ale was aged in Missouri oak for several months before it was naturally conditioned in this bottle.
