Description
Nearly three years ago we brewed up a Belgian Style Quad. The beer was brewed with a blend of classic malts and candi sugar and fermented out with Belgian yeast. We let it rest for 33 months in bourbon barrels before blending. A rich malty beer reminiscent of a barleywine with notes of caramel and toasted marshmallow with high notes of whiskey and charred American oak. 15.6% ABV
