To conclude our final collab release, we bring to you Pecan Pie Interception.
We teamed up with our buddies at Bottle Logic from Anaheim, California to make a pecan pie-inspired barrel-aged imperial stout aged for 32 months. Real roasted pecans with notes of vanilla, granola, and subtle maple sugar. Plenty of rich chocolatey notes from the stout base and well integrated charr, spice and subtle smoke from the bourbon barrels. We hope you enjoy.
