Art is the wine barrel-fermented and oak-conditioned version of Arthur (1922-2005), Edward’s youngest brother, as well as his namesake Farmstead™ ale. This vintage is a blend that was selected from the most exceptional Arthur (now Art), aging for nearly two years, and has been further matured in the bottle beginning in December 2020. Following more than four years of closely observed bottle conditioning, this expression represents a signature process refinement, integral to assure that each beer achieves its highest potential&mdashready for release and enjoyment at this moment.
