After a two year hiatus we’re excited to welcome back Sway. This iteration of our Pre-Prohibition American Lager was made with northeast grains from Valley Malt including malted barley and an heirloom corn variety that underwent a cereal mash. The soul of this beer is equal parts grain and hops - for the latter we used whole leaf Crystal and Mt. Hood, two old-school American hops with noble parentage, a bit of Nugget for bittering and a light dry hop addition of Connecticut-grown Cascade. Sway is one of our favorite summer time lagers - exceedingly pale and bright with subtle corn sweetness balanced by zippy carb and floral hops.
