There are a total of 491 bottles - one for every official game the iconic manager has been in charge. The bottles are numbered to reflect a specific fixture during the nine seasons of football.
This unique brew has been created by Carlsberg and Erdinger to celebrate Jurgen Klopp's tenure with Liverpool FC. They have worked together every step of the way. They have used 2 yeasts - Carlsberg Yeast for the main fermentation and Erdinger yeast for the bottle conditioning. The same goes for the raw materials; 50% Erdinger Wheat Malt and 50% Carlsberg Pilsner Malt. And of course, they have added a signature red barley.
