1x New Leaf. Bourbon Barrel-aged Maple Pecan Imperial Stout collaboration with Toppling Goliath - 14.6% ABV • We’re welcoming a season of change with “New Leaf,” the finished final release of the Bourbon Barrel-aged Maple Pecan Stout debuted at Week of Logic 2024 under the alias “Planted Coins.”

This Toppling Goliath collaboration was brewed and barreled into a combination of Heaven Hill and Old Fitzgerald casks in February 2023. After 18 months of aging, this liquid boasts a bold barrel presence and a silky, viscous body.

We’re delighted to combine the maple expertise of our collaborators with our own pecan processing prowess, where we roast small batches of fresh Georgia pecans and immediately add them to the recirculating liquid to capture every atom of their rich, nutty flavor and aroma.

As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin to fall, "New Leaf" invites you to savor the transition of the seasons with each sip.
