Brewed in Collaboration with Side Project...
King of Kings (187mL bottle) - Aged a little over 19 months ago. Since then, it rested in a Willett Bourbon barrel until racked out and added the “King of Kings” adjunct - A boatload of vanilla beans. King of Kings expresses boozy creme brulee, deep molasses and sugar cookies. 12% ABV. Contains Lactose.
S.P.A.C. (750mL bottle) - This beer starts with a collaborative sticky sweet base stout, then gets hit with hand toasted pecans, Pralines, and multiple pounds of vanilla beans from Vanuatu, Comoros, and Papua New Guinea. The result is layers upon layers of sweet brown sugar pecans with an almost classic buttercream frosting character. 15% ABV. Contains lactose and nuts.
Approbation (750mL bottle) - Sweet Stout with Hazelnut, Maple, Cinnamon, Coffee & Vanilla.
