During the selection and blending process behind Grand Cru X, we kicked around the idea of taking a very small amount of the final blend and treating it with adjuncts, because well, that’s just who we are.

The problem with being in the game for 10 years is finding new ingredients or combinations of them that we can introduce to the beer that will not only lend flavor, body, and aroma, but also create a theoretically stable product.

We present Grand Cru X Baklava. A blend of imperial stouts aged in different barrels for various times treated with honey, hand toasted pistachios and walnuts, vanilla, cinnamon, and lactose.

Big barrel, lucious bod, creamy sweetness, pleasant nuttiness, honey banger. It’s really that simple.
