(American Pale Ale, 5.3%, 16oz) Little Fresh Peach is a pale ale crafted to showcase our best and most fresh Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine. The intense stone fruit character was coaxed from these simple ingredients without adding adjuncts or actual peach purée.

In addition to the New Zealand hop charge, we selected very specific Citra, which carried aggressively stone fruit-forward notes. To elevate the experience further, we coaxed our yeast to throw more stone fruit esters than a typical batch.

The resulting beer is a singular expression of our hop selection and brewing efforts toward the most peachy beer we can make. It’s all a function of water, malt, hops, and yeast&mdashit’s fun, isn’t it? Enjoy!

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
