(American IPA, 6.5%, 16oz) Fresh Peach was crafted to showcase the best and most fresh Citra, Nelson, and Peacharine that we have. We went to great lengths to get Nelson and Peacharine specifically in-house as close to harvest as possible to make this beer.In addition to the New Zealand hop charge, we selected Citra, which carried aggressively stone fruit-forward notes. To elevate the experience further, we coaxed our yeast to throw more stone fruit esters than a typical batch.The resulting beer is a singular expression of our hop selection and brewing efforts toward the most peachy beer we can make. It’s all a function of water, malt, hops, and yeast&mdashit’s fun, isn’t it?! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
