(Double IPA, 7.8%, 16oz) Boston Fern is a Double IPA jam-packed with hops. Pouring a hazy pale yellow, a kaleidoscope of hoppy aromas jump out of the glass. Citra pops with grapefruit and mango notes while Amarillo follows with sweet yellow peach. Simcoe’s apricot and pine notes beautifully complement Mosaic’s tropical papaya aroma. In addition to these favorites, MA-grown Cascade hops add to its dank undertones, while the newcomer Chaos finishes with notes of citrusy Ceylon tea.
